ad·dict

[n. ad-ikt; v. uh-dikt]

noun
1.
a person who is addicted to an activity, habit, or substance: an ink addict.

A tattoo shop can sometimes be the most unpredictable of places. We never really know who or what is going to come in the doors of the shop on a given day. One thing that we CAN be sure of, though, is that THESE fuckers are never going to leave. Check out some of our favorite customers - the kind that are in here so often they've basically become part of the crew.

Gian

Gian has been a regular customer since before Addicted To Ink had even opened its doors for the first time. The originator of one of Mike's most affectionate nicknames (B.L.B./Belligerent Little Bastard), this self-professed ink & gun enthusiast can be found either passed out in Mike's chair or creeping around another part of the shop on any given day. Whether he's giving a helping hand or humping your leg, we're always glad to have Gian around.

Paul

Paul has been a regular customer since well before Addicted To Ink first opened its doors. This former High School Football star can often be spotted with his 150lb Presa Canario puppy, "Daddy", in tow. Trust us - you can't miss him. With a life-long goal to become a canine behaviorist and a life-long commitment to being a "Foose" (a.k.a. "Foosasaurus-Rex/Foosaluffagus/Foosalini), Paul is like the tattooed step-brother that we never knew we wanted but are damn glad we got.

Garland

After having worked at damn near every business in the Tri-State Area and having spent much of his life traveling the world, Garland is one of the most perplexingly interesting individuals you could ever hope to come across. Garland first appeared just after the opening of Addicted To Ink and has been a part of the crew ever since. With an uncanny ability to carry on the deepest existential conversation one minute and shift to the most batshit crazy one the next, this kind-hearted individual is our pick for the next "Most Interesting Man In The World" campaign.

Manny

Manny is the newest member of the Addicts. Having only first appeared at Addicted To Ink around November 2011, Manny very quickly became a part of the family. Currently pursuing a career in cosmetics & part-time man-whoring, Manny can often be found in and around the shop. One of the most comedic addicts and just an all-around good guy, be sure to walk up to Manny and say "What's up, fuckface?" the next time you see him in the shop!

Kristina

Kristina has been getting tattooed by Mike for nearly a decade, well-beyond the time that Addicted To Ink has been open. This high-powered professional by day is a auto-racing and night-club enthusiast on her free time. Always making her presence known in the room, Kristina and her unending array of companions can be found in the shop at LEAST once per week. Expect to find her busting Mike's balls & being a lovable pain in the ass to the rest of the crew!

Cash Bio & Influences

Written by ldimonaco on . Posted in Blog

A founding member of the Addicted To Ink family, Cash's first foray into the world of art came at a very young age. Drawing inspiration from the works of art created by his Grandfather & Uncle, which included drawings, paintings, needlework & more, Cash started creating his own drawings early on.

Now a decade deep into his tattoo career, Cash has developed a fiercely loyal fanbase that keeps on coming back for more. A life-long New Yorker, urban influences and art-styles often find their way into his pieces - though he also draws inspiration from great artists such as Joe Capobianco, Julio Rodriguez, Jesse Smith & many more.

When he's not weilding a tattoo gun, his mediums of choice are acryllics and spray paint. His most recent venuture has been sculpting, casting and painting his own custom vinyl toys. He was recently featured in the "Zukie Vs. The World" art show held at Toy Tokyo in NYC and is well on his way to becoming a household name in more industries than one.
